However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen, brightness, colour settings, or display quality will accurately reflect the exact colour, texture, finish, or appearance of the product.

Minor variations in colour, print placement, stitching, fabric texture, measurements, finishing, packaging, or production batches may occur and do not automatically constitute a product defect.

Product images may include styling items, accessories, shoes, bags, jewellery, or decorative elements that are not included with the product unless clearly stated on the product page.

Maison Fortin reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing mistakes, promotional mistakes, stock errors, or technical issues at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If an order is affected by a pricing error, technical error, stock issue, or product availability issue, Maison Fortin reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Sizing may vary between products, styles, fabrics, cuts, suppliers, and production batches. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and product information carefully before placing an order.

Fit preferences are subjective. A product feeling too loose, too fitted, too long, too short, or different from a customer’s personal preference does not automatically qualify as a product defect.

Measurements may vary slightly due to manual measuring, fabric behaviour, production process, and garment construction. A small measurement difference of approximately 2 to 3 cm does not automatically qualify as a defect.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Maison Fortin reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

All payment information is encrypted and processed through secure payment providers. Maison Fortin does not store complete payment details on our servers.

All payments are subject to verification and fraud screening.

Maison Fortin reserves the right to delay, hold, refuse, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, suspicious payment behaviour, or payment verification issues.

Refunds, where applicable, will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional processing time before refunded amounts appear in the customer’s account.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Maison Fortin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, international transport issues, incorrect customer information, supplier processing, customs inspections, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer no longer wants the order after dispatch, the standard return process applies after delivery.

Once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Maison Fortin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, refused, unclaimed, or unavailable after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting us promptly if there appears to be a delivery issue.

Submitting a chargeback while an order is still in transit, being investigated, awaiting carrier updates, under supplier review, or while a return request is actively being processed may delay the resolution process.

Maison Fortin reserves the right to provide order records, tracking details, delivery confirmation, customer communication, policy references, and other relevant evidence to payment providers, banks, or dispute platforms in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.

Abusive, false, duplicate, or misleading payment disputes may result in refusal of future service.
